What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the contact form or call, you give us your name, contact details and a description of your matter. We use it only to respond to you and, if you hire us, to represent you. Contact-form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-processing service that stores them on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
- Website analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
- Embedded maps. The map on our contact page loads from Google only after you click to load it. Google's privacy policy applies to that map.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share what you tell us with anyone outside the firm except as needed to provide legal services or as required by law. Communications through this website are not privileged until we agree to represent you, so please do not send confidential details about a criminal matter through the form.
